You brought me tears and sadness.
You brought me pain and self
doubt.
You brought anger and hatred.
You brought instability and discourse into my life.....
Yet in all that
you brought me something else......
A rare gem I'd never seen before.......
In all these things you brought me something
much more important....
FREEDOM!
Freedom from hatred and a life driven with negative NRG.....
Freedom
from the chains I locked myself in so long ago.....
Freedom from the thoughts others have about me......
But most
importantly.....
Freedom inside myself!
Without the pain you brought there would be nothing to be free of now.
That
and strength are what you brought in your trials......
I did it all myself but without you there would never have been
the tests which prove my strength and courage.
And for THAT, I am most grateful.
That alone will carry me throughout
my existence, in the knowledge I was born out of the finest silk which shall never be broken.
